What problem are you solving for your clients? If you know what problem you solve, you can start to communicate your solutions and it won't feel like selling, but rather solving a problem (for you as well as your customers!)
Know your audience and customers: male/female, ages, locations, how do they gather information etc
Collect email addresses and put them in a spreadsheet. You can start simple but the more details you know (prospect or customer, average sale, typical purchase time, typical purchases) the better you can target them. Many e-newsletter packages start free.
Use your brand - it's what customers will recognise. Make sure you use your brand colour(s) as much as possible: your packaging, your vehicle, your Social Media, even the little details matter.
